Eublaberus distanti

This roach was long thought to be Eublaberus distanti, but new research into range data suggest that this was never actually the case. Whatever its true identity, one thing's for certain - this roach is a delightful addition to any blatticulturist's collection. The six-spotted nymphs are dazzling in their own right, sporting a stocky build and very glossy exoskeleton.

E.distanti aren't particularly crowding sensitive, but are large, so their enclosure should have some space.

E.distanti aren't picky about their substrate as long as it holds moisture well, isn't abrasive, and is deep enough to burrow in.

Temperature
E.distanti can be kept into the low 70s, but grows and breeds fastest at warmer temperatures.
