The OG Zebra Roach! Nymphs sport a white base color with alluring black bands across each abdominal segment. Adults keep this patterning, but add a pair of stumpy, orange wings. Before Dorylaea orini (Orin's Roach) arrived on the scene, Eurycotis decipiens was the only zebra-striped species in culture. Some sources trace the currently kept stock all the way back to the 1980s. Despite being around for decades now, their dapper appearance still charms many a blatticulturist to this day. The Zebra Roach prefers a more humid environment than many other Eurycotis species.
